The folk song in the creativity of P.I. Tchaikovsky: to the question of the genesis of compositional methods
The article is devoted to one of the most important aspects of P.I. Tchaikovsky’s creative heritage – the compositional methods of working with the Russian folk song. The author focuses on the means of its arrangement, which the composer used. Thus, the methods of sub-voice polyphony, which became a priority for P.I. Tchaikovsky, the composer associated with the characteristic features of folk singing art. In the researcher’s focus is also one of the most striking features of the arrangements of the composer – their orchestral color, behind which the instrumental techniques, characteristic for the composer, are guessed. The researcher examines the composer’s works not only as a generalized intonation expression of a deeply individual attitude to the folk song, but also as a convincing evidence of the genetic connection of the composition and arrangement.

The article is devoted to the problems of the voice training method formation in the Saratov region. Based on the reviews of city newspapers, as well as the surviving programs of student concerts an attempt to reconstruct the pedagogical activity of M.A. Eikhenwald-Dubrovskaya in the music school is made, the trends that characterize the Saratov vocal pedagogical school are revealed.

The modal system of classicism: the worldview aspect
The flourishing of musical classicism was largely ensured by the major-minor mode system, which G. Riemann interpreted as a formal (structural) unity of mirror – opposite sound sequences of natural origin: the major scale is based on the upper overtones of the original tone – overtones; the minor – its lower overtones-untertons (mirror image of overtones). However, a more convincing is a different-ideological interpretation. This mode system can be considered as unity-contradiction of natural sound of life-affirming major generated by nature and artificial sound created by human mind of tragic minor.

Traditions of classical belcanto in chamber and vocal works by G. Rossi
The article examines the chamber-vocal works of G. Rossini from the point of view of the peculiarities of his thinking and aesthetic-style features of classical belcanto. The relevance of the problem is due to the traditional view of G. Rossini as an exclusively opera composer and insufficient knowledge of his chamber-vocal music. On the basis of the analysis of some vocal works from the collection of albums «Sins of old age» the main aesthetic and stylistic features of his chamber heritage are revealed. The connection between the chamber and vocal style of G. Rossini and the traditions of classical belcanto, as well as with the folk and academic genres of Italian song culture and the aesthetics of musical romanticism is proved.

Arrangement of the folk song with the expressive means of jazz
The article is devoted to the problem of arrangement of folk song, not well studied in contemporary musicology, by expressive means of jazz. The author is consistently considers the process of rethinking the arranged object on the example of the song «Korobeyniki». Algorithms of harmonic transformation in the context of jazz means of expressiveness are considered in detail. Particular attention is paid to the issue of choosing the type of jazz improvisation. A significant place in the article is devoted to work on instrumentation and substantiation of the choice of instrumental composition. The functions of instruments and their peculiarities in the interpretation of folk melodies arranged by the expressive means of jazz are considered.

Unreal characters of the medieval german-scandinavian epos in german cinema of the 1920th (Fritz Lang “die nibelungen”)
The article is devoted to unreal characters in the movie “Die Nibelungen” by Fritz Lang (1924). It is revealed that the director freely disposes of literary material during creation of the scenario, reinterprets cosmological accents of the German-Scandinavian mythology, strengthens a historical component of the epos, theme of the past as the great and giving examples of heroism. He artly freely and extremely expressively includes unreal characters in solution of all these tasks.

Cultural globalism as a distortion of moral guidance among the youth
The purpose of the article is to analyze the globalist transformation of cultural values of the West, which is causing significant damage to the culture of Russia and especially the Russian region of the South-Eastern Baltic (Kaliningrad region), which is surrounded by neighboring countries of the European Union. The work proposes approaches to minimize the impact of destructive elements of culture of the globalizing community of Western Europe on the society of the Kaliningrad region. The necessity of constructive attention to the process of education of children and young people, formation of their national consciousness on the basis of the fundamental values of Russian culture. The Kaliningrad region due to its separate position has focused in itself all the problems of the border region. Therefore the analysis of trends in the formation of regional cultural identity in the region may have a general methodological character.

Historical context of the library deontology formation
The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of a new scientific discipline – library deontology, which studies the professional behavior of library specialists, determined and regulated by the system of moral norms. The requirements to the professional image of the librarian are considered depending on the social importance of the profession in different historical periods. The questions of codification of the behavior norms of the professional communities’ representatives, in particular library ones, are touched upon. The provisions are given to the Code of Ethics of the Russian librarian, which provide guidance for the correct professional conduct of a modern library specialist.

Personal official documents of botanist I.A. Perfilyev by the history of the universities of Kharkov and Simferopol (1915-1924)
The loss of archives of the South of Russia during the Great Patriotic war predetermines the urgency of the problem being posed. For the first time the documents of the Komi scientific center of the Ural branch of the RAS and the Arkhangelsk regional museum are put into scientific circulation. Participation of the researcher and public figure of the European North of the USSR botanist I.A. Perfilyev in the work of the Kharkov medical institute of women (1915-1918) and the Institute of special cultures in Simferopol (1923-1924) is shown. The analysis of personal service documentation contributes to the reconstruction of some pages of the history of universities in the South of Russia.

Representation about death of kazym khanty (according to folklore)
The study reflects the view of Kazym khanty on death, analyzed the stages of funeral rite on Kazym river basin. The article is based on the issued materials collected by the author from the indigenous people of the national settlements (S. Kazym, D. Yuilsk), where native speakers lead a traditional way of life. The article analyzes the everyday stories of the khanty folklore, the songs of the Kazym khanty; the literary sources of national researchers are used. As part of the study the following tasks are set: to reveal the concept phrases showing the conception, birth and death of the person; also to analyze the name of death in khanty language, etc.
