The trend of the «Сlever city» corresponds to the general tendency of the information civilization development. The leading problems of the modern cities are – a migration, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, transport. Ideal concepts of the future city are generally determined by the ideas of ecology and the concept of the «Clever city». The technocratic ideal in itself is insufficient, it requires a high quality of social capital. From the author’s point of view, the blockchain technology allows to hope for a high quality mutual complementarity of the human capital and technological efficiency. For this purpose in the modern systems of socialization the prerequisites for this social ideal formation have to be put.

Calendar and ritual cycle of the spring period of the russian old residents and new settlers of the middle Trans-Ural region

The article presents a calendar ritual complex of old residents and new settlers, which includes significant signs of regional cultures. Typological features and regional features of the song genres of the spring cycle of the old resident calendar («chaldones») and new settlers (settlers) cultures are revealed, which help to more fully characterize the traditional ritual culture of the Middle Trans-Ural. The role of folklore materials recorded from the residents of the older generation at the turn of the XX and XXI centuries is revealed to restore the calendar holidays of the spring period in the region.

Surnames of the residents of the temryuk district of the krasnodar region: lines of the language and culture development

Surnames of the residents of the Vyshesteblievskaya village of the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar region are as the markers of the ethnic culture studied. The author shows the manifestations of the random and regular in the development of the Ukrainian language in isolation from the metropolis for 200 years. The ratio of Ukrainian and Russian-speaking ethnomarking affixes of surnames reflects the common loss for the West Kuban of Ukrainian structures with -enko. At the same time in conditions of isolation from Ukraine, Russian statehood and language the most popular surnames have been preserved in this village in the Ukrainian-language form.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the nature of such concepts as creative activity, creation and design in the context of the theoretical concepts of A. Weber and I. Itten. On the basis of the analysis of the theories studied, it was revealed that creativity makes it possible to experience life in a new way, more sensibly and purposefully, and this is precisely the difference between creation and creativity. Design is born in the framework of creative thinking. These ideas are illustrated in the concepts of A. Weber and I. Itten, who is the founder of design.

Combination of artistic and religious components in the texts of buddhist avadanas (on example of the little-known parable about the king uneker torliktu)

The article analyzes the structure and content of the Buddhist parable, which tells the story of a ruler who, due to attachment to sensual pleasures, subjected his country to devastating destruction by a bunch of witches. Buddhist monks actively used different forms of teaching preaching, including such a popular form of the oral folk art as a fairy tale. The relevance of the article is due to the problem of correlation between the artistic and religious in the content of the text.

Cultural and ethnological content of the historical past of the chechens and problems of the ethno-tourism development

Article contains the description of ethno-cultural essence of one of the ancient medieval name of the Chechens necessary in ethno-tourist activity, the relevance of this national resource for the solution of social and ethnological problems is emphasized. As a result of use of the historical and comparative analysis method the importance of the cross-disciplinary approach in a research and promotion of ethno-tourism in Chechnya is established. Similar scientific examination promotes a statement not only ethnological expediency, but also cultural consequences, the prospects of maintaining ethno-cultural identity of Chechnya among other nations of the Russian Federation and also to mutual enrichment of international contacts.

The article for the first time reviews and analyzes the documents stored in the funds of the State archive of the Krasnodar region, Krasnodar musicologists: members of the Union of composers of the USSR Alexander Afanasyevich Slepov and candidate of arts Vladimir Mikhailovich Shcheglov. It is concluded that their scientific activity contributed to the formation of scientific musicology in the region, and pedagogical work laid the foundations of modern methods of teaching the course of musical and historical disciplines in the University.

Musical motive as a semantic unit

The article raises the question about the actual approach to the allocation of musical structures for the study of semantics. It is proposed to clarify the metaphorical definition of the «intonation» of B. Asafyev as a structure with clear boundaries. This requires to select as a material only the musical text of the work. The model of the motive is the verbal text in the vocal genres, where the division provides the value of syntagmas and so-called «phonetic words».

Concert for accordion, string and percussion instruments of A. Kusyakov in the context of musical neoromantism of the last third of the xxth century

The article is devoted to the study of one of the instrumental concert types – a concert for accordion and orchestra. The article analyzes the neoromantic tendencies in the development of the accordion concert of the last third of the 20th century, which most clearly showed themselves in the work of A. Kusyakov. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the concert thematism, in which features of seriality and the linear and melodic beginning are revealed. The result of their interaction is the sonor vertical, which acquires an unusual sound in the timbre and acoustic conditions of the accordion in combination with string and percussion instruments.

The treatise «Il teatro alla moda» of B. Marchello and its importance in the musical and theatrical life of Venice in the xviii century

The article is devoted to the consideration of Marcello’s treatise «Il teatro alla moda» as an important component of the musical and theatrical life of the Venetian Republic in the XVIII century. A panorama of the opera houses struggle in Venice is presented and the relation between the opus of Marcello and the work of A. Vivaldi and his contemporaries is revealed. The author dwells on the peculiarities of the translation of the opus into Russian, comes to the conclusion about the need to publish the full version of the work for in-depth study of the specifics of the opera genre in the XVIII century.

Chamber and instrumental works of Merzie Khalitova give an idea of the style and method of musical thinking of the composer. The analysis of the composition makes it possible to get an idea of the characteristic style features of the composer.

The rock‘n‘roll: discussion essay of the definition system

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of the «rock’n’roll». The term is considered in its reflection in the musical and professional situation of the 1940-1950 years in the USA. There is a controversy with some existing definitions of the rock‘n‘roll, including the data of outstanding figures of musical culture. The conclusion is made about the variety of the term’s meanings and the extent of its application in this or that situation. As a result of the analysis the rock‘n‘roll is defined as the development of rhythm‘n‘blues, that is a phenomenon belonging to the jazz style paradigm.

The names of the months of the national calendar of the khantys from the Kazym river basin

The article describes the representations of the khantys about a cyclic time. The aim of the research is to identify the names of the months of the nation calendar, existing in the Khanty language picture of the world of the Kazym khantys (particularly, residents of the vill. Yuilsk). When studying the linguistic material of the Kazym khants, we proved that countdown of the new time begins with the onset of the first colds and is divided into two periods (dark and light). And the names of the months depend on the economic structure of the ethnic group and the climatic conditions of the region.

Aesthetic evaluations and their language expression

Article is devoted to a problem of differentiation of the main types of aesthetic estimates, relevant for a modern aesthetics, and their expression by lexical means of natural (Russian) language.
